Health Care Planning

If your child requires health care support in nursery or school, we will meet with you and organise this through a Health Care plan.

As well as Health Care plans, we can support with administering medication during the school day.   

The forms for this are stored below.   These can be downloaded from here and are also available in the school office.

Medicines should be brought into school by a parent or carer.
